Welcome to the Divine Intervention Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both you and us and ensure a smooth and profitable relationship. Please read these terms carefully before joining the program.

 Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate of Divine Intervention, you agree to:
- Promote our products in a truthful and ethical manner.
- Use only approved marketing materials and adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Refrain from making false or misleading claims about our products.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising laws and data privacy regulations.

Commissions and Payments
- You will earn a 30% commission on all qualifying sales generated through your unique referral link.
- Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days following the end of each calendar month, provided the minimum payout threshold of $20 is met.
- We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or if these terms are violated.

 Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
  - Violation of these terms.
  - Misrepresentation of our products.
  - Engagement in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
- Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions and must cease using all marketing materials and remove all references to Divine Intervention from your marketing channels.

Intellectual Property
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Divine Intervention products.
- You may not modify or create derivative works of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
- All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Divine Intervention.

 Limitation of Liability
- Divine Intervention is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program.
- We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the affiliate program or any products sold through the program.

 Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divine Intervention and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to:
  - Any breach of these terms.
  - Your use of our marketing materials.
  - Any claim that your marketing efforts violate any third party rights or applicable laws.

 Modification of Terms
- Divine Intervention reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through your affiliate account dashboard.
- Continued participation in the affiliate program following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

 Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Divine Intervention is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
